At Coffee Supreme, we want you to be completely satisfied with your brew, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy on all equipment and non-perishable goods. Please note that for quality control and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on roasted coffee beans once they have left our facility.
Initiate Your Return
Log into your account portal or contact our customer support team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring all manuals and accessories are included to qualify for a full refund.
Ship It Back
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or scheduled pickup point.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
