Brazil Blend

A blend of several excellent Brazils, roasted medium dark to give a milk chocolate cup, a smooth silky body and a long finish. Lower in acidity, Brazil Blend makes plush espresso, and mixes well in milk drinks.

The farms contributing to this blend are of the new breed in Brazil, a country better known for quantity over quality agriculture. These farms have adopted a quality-focused, low yield approach with environmental concerns to the fore, and are showing the rest of the local industry that this is indeed a sustainable and profitable business model.
